Month to Month Rate - $2,200; 6+ Months Rate: $2,000.

Quiet hours between the hours of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Reasonable supervision by parents or guardians must be exercised at all times within Common Elements. No sound or odor shall be emitted from any Unit that violates Applicable Laws or that emits undue odor, noise, vibration or glare. Garments, rugs, towels or other similar items may not be hung over the railing or wall of any Patio or outdoor seating area. No bicycles may be kept or stored on any Patio. Motor vehicle parking is permitted in designated parking.

All personal property stored in any portion of the Property, without limitation shall be at the sole risk of the Permittee.
